Looking Good at the helm Elizabeth. And the dolphins, I always enjoy watching them come along side the ship. Love the pictures but tell cam he doesn’t have that good a body keep his shirt on. Love you, Fair Winds and Following Seas.
We love your comments. Entire crew howling with laughter today as we read your ribald humor. Good for our souls. Your “talking to the moon” bit got to us sentimental types; Liz’s grin told it all. Thank you.
this is Dana – Thanks Rod – I love our Lake Champlain, but this is pretty cool too! And I find myself drawing on my experience from big wind days on the Lake. See you soon!
First post here from Tomβs friend Matt. Highlight of each day since you left Newport has been logging on to check on your progress and read the commentary. What a fantastic voyage! A Transat just made my bucket list. Sail Safe, Sail fast, be well!
Buddy and I are both enjoying the written accounts and pictures, I especially enjoyed the glimpse of cozy life below and the sunrise and the dolphins. Those beautiful creatures never fail to bring a smile! Congratulations on 1000 miles!
Love, Dorris (sister of Michael)
Still hard to believe you are over 1000 miles out. Almost as fast as driving cross country…well maybe a teeny bit slower…LOL. So excited for all of you! love the pics, keep them coming!
Great pics !! Especially love the BU colors !! Great to see our alumni represented ππ» this is such an amazing trip especially for the young people – u all amaze me! I guess I could one day be persuaded to go if Jackie is cooking … On second thought nah – seeing u in newport or San Diego is more my speed βΊοΈ πͺπͺπͺ
Awesome pictures!!! The dolphins bring a huge smile to my face, as I sit here with my morning coffee 1,000 miles away. Moondance looks so comfortable — such a majestic lady! Sunrise… just wow. You all look so in your element. And kudos to the chef whose job is essential for not just feeding the crew, but giving them something to look forward to 3x/day, and lifting spirits at each meal. Liz, doing a great, great job! And with a smile at all times. π

Great pix! Thanks for sharing! It’s the closest I ever want to come to crossing the Atlantic. I’ll stick with crossing Lake Champlain. π
