Since this AM, noticed the GPS reading is showing: Batt: Low. Earlier reports always read: Batt: Normal. Is this a concern? Moondance appears to be moving well so I’m sure all is fine. (Just playing the typical mother.) Hope it’s a perfect sail day for All. XO
You saved us and gave us a laugh, so thank you for the heads up! There are many chores to do each day. Many of them are captured in our logbook, but the InReach transponder was a late addition and carries no such reminder, so I neglected to charge it and it was down to 2%. I am quite certain without your reminder I would have let it die then “poof” we disappear. You deserve thanks from all well-wishers, some of whom might have been a tad worried. Well done!
Great system for the clipped-on water bottles! I have been wondering how many loose items went overboard. 😉 Probably none given the world-class boat handling, sea-worthy crew and meticulous planning for all details, none too small (devil is in the details!).
